I spilled water on my laptop and contacted Moore Power IT,and Ken advised me over the phone and worked with my schedule, then he came to my house and was able to save all my files that I needed and advised and explain what type of laptop can work best for me. I needed my NVME hard drive replaced on my Dell laptop and I found Moore Power IT online through a local Google search. I had already purchased the NVME hard drive myself. I run my business through my laptop and can not have much downtime. Ken came by my business and picked up the laptop and hard drive Friday after business and returned the laptop Monday morning (which was Memorial Day). My laptop is running as smoothly as ever, and if I need anything else, I will use Moore Power IT in the future. Ken exceeded my expectations for customer service!

Google brought me to Moore Power IT when I needed to replace my laptop battery and hard drive. Ken came and picked up my laptop and gave me an estimate. He made sure to work around my schedule and was very accommodating. He delivered my laptop back to me with the new battery, hard drive, and operating system installed with data transferred. He was readily available when I had additional questions as well. Great service!

I met Ken while he was on another business call at a local restaurant. I talked to him about my laptop being slow and he said it might be a hard drive. I contacted him a few months later and he confirmed the issue was the hard drive and recommended an upgrade from a mechanical to a solid state hard drive. I live north of Denver so we met in the middle for drop-off and pick-up. My laptop is working great again and will use Moore Power IT in the future.
